Return by size, color or other reasons

If you want to change your order for another size, color or any other reason, you will have to return the model you have received and place a new order. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and amount to 3.95 euros that we will discount by paying the returned order.

Steps to follow:

  1. Request a refund Request the collection by clicking on the button request a refund. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
  1. Package. Pack the shoes in the original packaging and seal them with the sticker that carries the bag.
  1. Deliver package. From your home, deliver your package to the TIPSA carrier that will go through the indicated address. In the next few days you will receive the amount of your refund in the same way you made your purchase.

We remind you that we can only refund the products returned correctly. If your return does not meet the conditions described, pablosky.com can not make the refund and you can request the return of your package assuming, in this case, the new shipping costs from the stores.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT SHOES

If you have received a defective or incorrect model, pablosky.com will be responsible for the shipping costs (round trip) corresponding to the shoes once the error or defect has been checked.
