FAQ

Buying from the Pablosky online store is very simple. Follow the steps below:

  1. Choose the section (First steps, Boy, Girl, Paola and Outlet), the collection, the family (type of shoe), the size and the colour.
  2. Find the item(s) you are interested in. Click on the item for a detailed view of the reference, sizes and colours available and the price, among other things.
  3. Select a shoe and add the item to the basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to proceed to checkout.
  4. Purchase limit. For security purposes you can purchase a maximum of 10 items per order.
  5. You have the option to finalise your order by registering or by completing your purchase as a guest.
  6. Select method of payment.
  7. Choose a shipping method.
  8. Confirm your order.
  9. You will receive an email confirming your order.

You can choose between two methods of payment:

  1. DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD

    Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard.


    PAYPAL

    To purchase using PayPal, select this payment system and click on 'Confirm and Pay'. You will then be redirected to the PayPal home page to proceed with payment.

    Why has my debit / credit card been rejected?

    Your card may have expired. Check that your card has not exceeded the expiration date. Card limit. Check with your bank that you have not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases on your card.

    Incorrect data entered. Remember to enter the CVC.

    Can I obtain an invoice on behalf of my company?

    Yes. Just click on the "Company" option in Personal Details and provide the tax details requested.

Which company will ship my purchase?

Pablosky works with TIPSA and UPS as courier partners.

Shipping costs.

Delivery is FREE for orders above 59€

For orders below this quantity, delivery time and shipping costs will vary depending on your destination:

As soon as your order leaves our premises, the carrier company will send you an email.

You can return any product you have purchased on Pablosky.com within 14 working days from the delivery date. We do not accept exchanges for any other item. If you want to change your order for another size, color or any other reason, you will have to return the model you have received and place a new order. 

The cost of return shipping (excepting incorrects or defective products*) will vary depending on your destination. We will deduct this quantity at the time we make the return payment:

* If you have received a defective or incorrect model, pablosky.com will be responsible for the shipping costs (round trip) corresponding to the products once the error or defect has been checked.

 

Steps to follow:

  • 1- Fill the return request form by clicking here . You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
  • 2- Pack your shoes in the original packaging where you received them. 
  • 3- Within 1 to 4 working days we will send a courier to pick up your shoes. In the next few days you will receive the amount of your refund in the same method you made your purchase.

We remind you that we can only refund the products returned in a correct and safe status. If your return does not fix the conditions described, pablosky.com can not make the refund and you can request the return of your package assuming, in this case, the new shipping costs from the stores.
