We invite you to review the following general conditions of sale that regulate the purchase of Pablosky products via this Website. Accordingly, the use of this Website constitutes your agreement to these general conditions of sale. 1.1. Service availability

By placing an order at, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

The products offered are distributed in Portugal (Continental), Belgium, Luxemburg and Greece.

Individuals resident outside of these countries may only benefit from the online purchase service of this Website when the shipping address for the order is located in one of the countries or territories available in our Country Selector Menu.

The items offered on this Website are a selection of Pablosky and Paola products. They meet the same quality standards and warranty requirements as the products offered for sale in Pablosky stores.

*Pablosky has attempted to show the textile colours as close to reality as possible. However, the colour of the shoes as they appear on the screen may be subject to variation, depending on the quality of the monitor on your mobile, tablet and/or computer. Accordingly, Pablosky can not guarantee that the colours displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect those of the product itself.

Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the indicated date or while stocks last.

Likewise, Pablosky makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information contained on its website is complete, true and correct. If there is an error in any data, Pablosky will undertake to correct it immediately.

The legal guarantee of the products offered by Pablosky is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 7/2021 of 28th April, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users ('Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios').

Pablosky will be liable for any non-conformity of the products that becomes evident within three years of delivery.


1.3. Purchasing process

The items that you wish to purchase should be selected and added to the shopping basket by clicking on the relevant icon.

The shopping basket will contain the reference of the selected item, as well as its name, size, chosen colour and price, in the applicable currency (taxes included). The price stated does not include transportation, whose rates will vary depending on the selected shipping method.

The User's personal data will be required in order to complete the purchase. This data will be incorporated into our database in order to process the order and facilitate further purchases via the Website. The personal data provided by Users will be handled in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy. The User can access, at any time, the personal data provided and the information of the orders placed. Pablosky reminds Users that personal data must be provided with complete accuracy to avoid confusion or incidents in the shipment of the item(s) purchased. In addition, the User will receive information and publications related to Pablosky by post and/or SMS, in the event that they have expressly requested such information.

Once the purchase order is complete, and before confirmation of the order, the User will be presented with a summary of the order which identifies the item(s) purchased, the total price (transportation and taxes included) with a breakdown for each item, and the shipping data of the order. The User will be able to confirm the information by clicking on the 'Confirm payment' button.

Purchases can be paid for by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard) and/or via PayPal. Methods of payment other than those specified in these conditions of sale will not be accepted. For credit or debit card payments the charge will be made online and in real time using the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data provided by the User is correct.

Once the transaction has been confirmed the order number will be communicated via the Website so that the User can, at any time and from their mobile phone, tablet and/or computer, keep track of it.

In addition, an automatic order confirmation will be sent by email to the address indicated by the User, containing a description of the order and the personal data provided, serving as acknowledgement of receipt of the order. Failure to receive this message may be due to a temporary network communication problem or to a typing error in the email address provided. In both cases, Pablosky recommends that the User contacts Customer Service. Similarly, the User will receive confirmation by email that the product has been dispatched.

1.4. Product availability

All orders are subject to the availability of the products. If, at the time of order placement, we detect that there is no stock in our warehouse of any of the products included in the order, Pablosky will attempt to locate the shoe in question. If this is not possible, the customer will be notified immediately. Furthermore, the amount of the item charged but not sent will be paid back to the customer in the days following the transaction, by the same method of payment used in the purchase.

1.5. Right not to accept an order

Pablosky may cancel any order or not accept a confirmed order for the following reasons:

In the event of a technical error and/or a typographical error in the price or other product data contained in the website when the order was placed.

Due to a lack of availability as described in point 1.4 above.

When security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.

There are reasons to believe that the User is underage.

Pablosky was unable to deliver the order to the address provided.

Pablosky will reimburse the amounts that have been paid in full.



2.1. Payment and currency

Prices on this Website are shown in Euros.

Pablosky gives its Users the option to choose the destination country when they start their purchase, in order for them to be able to see the prices of the products with the applicable taxes included. If the customer subsequently changes the delivery address and the country of destination is modified, the prices shown in the final order summary may change.

2.2. Value Added Tax

In accordance with the Law on Value Added Tax ('Ley del Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido'), Pablosky is obliged to pass on this tax, at the current rate in force at any time, to all products delivered within Portugal.

2.3. Methods of payment

Pablosky will only accept payments made using a credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) and/or with PayPal.


Payment by credit or debit card

Pablosky accepts the payment of purchases made via its Website with the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard.

If the payment method chosen by the User is a credit or debit card the charge will be made online and in real time using the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data provided is correct.

Pay with PayPal

Pablosky agrees to process the payment via PayPal.

PayPal express payment

Customers can link their PayPal account to that of Pablosky. In doing so, it will not be necessary to enter the data for each purchase made via this method.

2.4. Purchase limit

Pablosky does not permit the purchase of Pablosky products for resale. Accordingly, purchases with a total in excess of 300 euros or containing more than 15 items cannot be made. Customers who are interested in making purchases above this amount or quantity for purposes other than resale should contact the Customer Service Department, who will inform them of the different options available for making their desired purchase.


Shipping costs.

For orders below this quantity, delivery time and shipping costs will vary depending on your destination:



You can return any product you have purchased on within 14 working days from the delivery date. We do not accept exchanges for any other item. If you want to change your order for another size, color or any other reason, you will have to return the model you have received and place a new order. 

The cost of return shipping will vary depending on your destination. We will deduct this quantity at the time we make the return payment:

* If you have received a defective or incorrect model, will be responsible for the shipping costs (round trip) corresponding to the products once the error or defect has been checked.


Steps to follow:

  • 1- Fill the return request form by clicking here . You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
  • 2- Pack your shoes in the original packaging where you received them. 
  • 3- Within 1 to 4 working days we will send a courier to pick up your shoes. In the next few days you will receive the amount of your refund in the same method you made your purchase.

We remind you that we can only refund the products returned in a correct and safe status. If your return does not fix the conditions described, can not make the refund and you can request the return of your package assuming, in this case, the new shipping costs from the stores.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without having to provide a reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day the customer acquires the goods. The right of withdrawal will not be applicable in the case of used products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to notify us of the decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email):

To ensure compliance with the withdrawal period, you must simply make known your intention to exercise your right to withdrawal before the end of the corresponding period.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal we shall reimburse the customer for all payments received following the purchase, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs incurred as a result of the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method that we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed about their decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such refund using the same method of payment used by the customer for their initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly stated otherwise. In any event, the customer will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

We may retain the refund until we have received the goods, or until the customer has submitted proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

The customer must return or deliver the goods directly to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date the customer informs us of their decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered as having been met if the customer returns the goods before the stipulated period has expired.

In order to proceed with the return of the goods the customer may use the services that Pablosky makes available to them: home collection, which will have an additional cost to be borne by the customer (table rates described on the RETURNS section). For more information about the conditions for return, please consult the Returns section.


Once the product(s) has/have been received, Pablosky will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to refund the amount using the same payment method for the return as was used for the purchase.

The repayment period will vary, taking between 3 and 12 working days from the date the return is received at the Pablosky warehouse. Once the status of the returned items has been verified, the customer will be informed via email.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal of the order, the maximum period for the return of the amount paid for the products by the consumer will be 14 calendar days from the withdrawal date.

The payment of the returned items will always be made using the same method of payment used for the purchase.

In the event that Pablosky has mistakenly sent an item different to the one requested, or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, once the error or defect has been proven Pablosky will pay the amount for the returned item and the shipping costs.


The data provided by customers during registration will be used by Pablosky solely to process orders and facilitate navigation and the purchase process on the Website. In addition, and in the event of express acceptance by the customer, Pablosky will send such customers email notifications regarding new collections, lookbooks and exclusive offers.

Pablosky guarantees that the data provided by customers will not be shared with third parties or companies outside of Pablosky.

The personal data provided by Users will be handled according to Organic Law 15/1995 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data ('Ley Orgánica 15/1995, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal'). For more information, we recommend that you consult our Privacy Policy.
